"What do I do if I lost/forgot my password?"
Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot give out any login information, so if you lose or forget your password or username, you will need to create a new Veeay account.
"Can I have an Veeay Access Code?"
Answer: Sorry, to keep Veeay safe, most Access Codes are currently passed at Middle Schools all over Virginia. If you know somebody who is already on Veeay, you can also use their referral code to sign up.
"Somebody is bothering me, can I make them stop?"
Answer: Yes, if anybody on Veeay bothers you too much, you can always go to their profile and click the "Block Member" button so they cannot talk to you any more.
"I can't change my background on my profile."
Answer: We try to make sure changes to your profile's background appear instantly, some browsers may show you your old background. If you're not sure if it worked, try clearing your browser's cache.
"Can Veeay put some music that I like up in the Veeay Music section?"
Answer: No, all the music on Veeay is uploaded by users like you.
"I can't upload/play a song."
Answer: All uploaded songs need to be ".mp3" files, not songs from iTunes, otherwise the songs will not play for anyone. If the song is too long, you also may not have been able to upload the whole song, making it appear messed up in the music player. If you just uploaded a new song and don't see it on your profile playlist, try clearing your browser's cache.
"I am the parent of a Veeay member, and I would like to login and make sure my son/daughter is staying safe on Veeay."
Answer: We cannot give out any login information, so we suggest you talk about it with your son or daughter and ask them for permission to check on their account and Veeay.
"Does Veeay work on computers running Windows 98?"
Answer: We have received reports of difficulties logging in to Veeay, and we will do our best to fix these issues but cannot currently guarentee it to work as intended running in Windows 98.
